Three Realtors to Inner Loop Office

HOUSTON (November 11, 2014) - Realtors Dyana Babik, Rebecca Chirich and Mandana Gholamhosseini have recently joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) Gary Greene's Inner Loop office.

Dyana Babik began her real estate career in 2007 as property manager in Kemah, Texas. Babik has 10 years of real estate and property management experience and throughout her career she has been in sales and finance. She has been honored with the Texas Five Star Agent award from Five Star Professional. As an agent, Babik's work is to provide brokerage service in a manner that distinguishes her as the benchmark in today's market. Her aggressive negotiation and high level of professionalism allows her to work with any client and price range in the Houston area. Babik is a member of the Home Owners Association Board and is a part of community development for Blessing of Fleet, Kemah.

Rebecca Chirich chose a career in real estate because she loves helping people. She previously worked at Envoy Mortgage as an accounting as sociate where she managed multiple accounts. Chirich also has experience with working with young children. As a teacher of a small group, she was able to tailor her lessons and connect personally with each student. Her background in accounting and teaching has enhanced her organizational and patience skills. Chirich is throughout in completing tasks and makes a point to slow down and double check her work. When working with buyers and sellers, Chirich will be able to use her skills to work with different people and gain their trust. Chirich has a passion for learning and is interested in health, fitness and nutrition. Outside of real estate, Chirich become engrossed in artistic projects and experimenting in the kitchen.

Chirich said: "I love homes and real estate has always appealed to me. When I help my clients find their dream home, I gain an immense satisfaction from helping them through the process."

Mandana Gholamhosseini's outgoing personality sets her apart from other agents. Prior to joining real estate, Gholamhosseini gained experience in the fashion and healthcare industry. Her previous experience has helped her develop skills that are used with working with buyers and sellers. Gholamhosseini is excited to be joining Gary Greene and is interested in working with clients in the Inner Loop and Uptown area. Gholamhosseini moved to the U.S. in 1994 and is a single mother to her son and daughter. When she's not busy working, she enjoys exercising at the Houstonian gym.

Gholamhosseini said: "I believe that my social life makes me especially suited for the real estate industry. I love networking and meeting new people."
